KARACHI: The police in Karachi’s Defense area have arrested Sahir Hassan, the son of a famous actor. The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) police are continuing their crackdown on party drugs in Defense.
According to the DIG of CIA, the police arrested Sahir Hassan, the son of a well-known actor, during the operation, and half a kilogram of drugs was seized from his possession.
He stated that the actor’s son was involved in drug trafficking, and the seized drugs are worth 1.5 million Pakistani rupees.
The DIG of CIA further mentioned that the crackdown on drug sales in the city’s upscale areas is ongoing, and raids on drug dealers operating in schools and other centers are continuing.
