Seoul: South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol apologised with nation on attempting of martial law this week but he did not resign from his seat. Even defying from step down some of his ruling party members and only hours ahead of a planned impeachment vote.
Yoon said he would not look around on the legal and political responsibility on his decision of declaring martial law for the first time in the country since 1980.
The decision was made due to the disheartenment, says Yoon
