Islamabad: Speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar on Friday called on Chairman Senate Saddiq Sanjrani to discuss existing political situation of the country.
The NA Speaker Asad Qaisar met the Chairman of the Upper house in his chamber while Federal Minister Shabli Faraz, Mirza Muhammad Afridi and Ayub Afridi were also present at the occasion.
Talking on the occasion, Speaker NA said that everything is right and there is nothing to worry adding that we are in touch with all the allied parties of the government.
The Speaker and Chairman Senate were also deliberated upon the upcoming possible no-confidence motion of the opposition parties.
Talking to media, Speaker Asad Qaisar said that all the allied parties are with us and Monis Ellahi has also ensured the government to not set aside the promises made with the government.
Asad Qaisar refuting delay of the NA session said that renovation work is being continued for the meeting of the Organization Of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on March 23.
The NA session will be called over the conclusion of the OIC meeting after handing over of the NA hall, he said.
