Speaker Violated Constitution By Adjourning NA Session Today

Islamabad: Leader of opposition in National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif has said that Speaker NA Asad Qaiser has violated the constitution and committed misconduct by adjourning the session till March 28.


Talking to media outside the parliament house, President of PML-N Shahbaz Sharif said that the speaker played the role of a PTI activist adding that he stood up for a point of order but the speaker didn’t even see towards him.


Shahbaz Sharif said that if unconstitutional move happened on Monday, March 28, then every legal, constitutional and political tactic will be used.

He said that the opposition postponed its protest and long march due to the OIC meeting.


Chairman PPP Bilawl Bhutto Zardari said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is running away from the competition while asked that can any skipper runaway from the pitch this way? but we will not allow the premier to flee.


He said that the Speaker NA has fled from the session becoming apparatus of the PM adding that they attacked the parliament lodges in a fear but we will revenge through a democracy.

He said that today the session was adjourned on the pretext of prayers but a no trust motion is going to be our democratic arm.


Asaud Mahmood said that the Speaker should represent 220 million people but the speaker are meeting the allied parties while becoming part of the party delegation.

He said that we will show our strength inside and outside the parliament.

The son of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman, went on to say that the speaker today played a role of private servant of the premier adding that the speaker is asking vote for the premier.


Sardar Akhtar Mengal, chief of Baloch National Party (BNP) mengal group, said that if today the government would have majority then the government could not do this.

The government didn’t leave anything which is not against the destruction of the constitution, he added.

He said that the government tried to run away after presentation of no-confidence motion.
