Special ceremonies held at Martyrs monuments in KP on Youm-e-Tashakur

Peshawar: Special ceremonies were held at martyrs monuments on Youm-e-Tashakur over the splendid victory of Pakistan armed forces in the operation Bunyanun Marsoos in Peshawar on Friday.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Ameen Gandapur, Pakistan army, Navy and Pakistan Air Force (PAF), high civilian officials, ministers, clerics, political leaders, Hindu, Christian, Sikh communities, business community and children of Army Public Schools were attended the solemn ceremonies.

Participants paying glowing tributes to martyrs laid sheets of floral wreath at the martyrs monuments.

The CM KP along with Inspector General (IG) Frontier Constabulory (FC North), military officers called on families of the martyrs.

On the other hand, a solemn the national flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Governor House, Peshawar.
Governor Punjab Faisal Karim Kundi hoisted the national flag at the garden of the governor house.

After the flag hoisting ceremony , prayers were sought on the history victory againt Indian aggression and expressed gratitude to God.

Prayers were also sought for the country’s security and sovereignty.

One minute silence was observed for the martyrs of “Marka-e-Haq”.

The Governor congratulated the Pakistan armed forces, people of KP and masses of the entire country over the historic victory against India.
