Karachi: Stabilization in Rupees continued on Tuesday at the currency market as the dollar shed five paisas against the rupee in the open market and declined to Rs 279.50.
Similarly, the dollar also depreciated by two paisas against Rupee in inter-bank market and closed Rs 278. 18.
Yesterday,the US dollar appreciated in both inter-bank and the open markets.
The dollar value up by 35 paisas in the open market climbed to Rs 279.55 after an uptick.
On the other hand, the greenback also increased in the inter-bank trading by eight paisas and reached Rs 278.20.
