KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange continued its upward trajectory on the second day of the trading weeK.
The KSE-100 Index surged by 592 points, reaching a milestone of 119,470 points, compared to the previous day’s close of 118,877 points.
Yesterday, the market closed at 118,877 points, after declining by 813 points.
In addition, the Pakistani rupee experienced a slight appreciation against the US dollar.
According to the Exchange Companies Association, the interbank rate decreased by 10 paisa, bringing the dollar’s value to 281.87 Pakistani rupees.
