Karachi: Street crimes in Karachi have broken all the previous records as the crimes manifold in the last month of August, Citizen Police Liason Committee (CPLC) apprised in its report.
As per the CPLC report, as many as 8553 crimes reported in city during August.
On daily basis, 285 street crimes reported in August.
While car snatching uptick threefold as compare to July.
On the other hand, motorbike snatching climbed to 39 percent.
Moreover, mobile snatching increased by 23 percent while 2582 people deprived of their mobile phones.
