Hyderabad: As ruling Pakistan People’s Party are hosting the PDM rally in Hyderabad strict security measures have been taken for the rally security.
As many as more than 4000 police personnel will be deployed for the security of the rally while the rally will also be monitored through 100 CCTV cameras.
Under the security plan the rally venue has been divided into four parts. The first part will be for masses, the second for women, the third for VVIPs while stage has been established in the fourth where leaders of all the political parties will be accommodated.
The security of stage has been handed over to Special Service Unit (SSU) of Sindh police. As many as 2500 man and women personnel of Anti Terrorist Force (ATF) and Rapid Response Force (RRF) have been deputed while 1000 personnel will also be deployed on the pathways of the rally.
Ten entry points have been made for entering the rally area while four walk through gates have been established on every entry point. Temporary police base camp has also been established which will control security arrangements and monitor the rally.
