Islamabad/Karachi/Lahore/Peshawar/Quetta: Strict security measures have been taken across the country in view of 9th Muharram.
Police and Rangers have deployed in all the districts, small and large cities. While the path along the procession are being monitored through CCTV footages.
Country wide mobile services are suspended around the procession areas.
Pillion ridding has been baned today. Whereas flying of drone along the procession path has also been baned.
Eight markets of ghanta ghar have been sealed.
