DHAKA: Bangladesh’s political arena is likely to see the entry of a new party, formed under the initiative of National Citizens Committee and Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, next week. The launch is likely on Feb 26.
Bangladesh’s political landscape is poised for a significant shift with the anticipated emergence of a new political party.
The formation of this new party may reflect the evolving aspirations of the Bangladeshi populace, seeking alternatives to the traditional political options currently available.
The party’s organisational structure will remain similar to the existing frameworks of these platforms, retaining positions like convener, member secretary, chief organiser and spokesperson. Adviser (I&B) to interim govt, Md Nahid Islam will be convener of the new party.
