QUETTA: Pakistan’s celebrated car stunt expert Sultan Golden has once again brought international recognition to the country by achieving two new world records in Quetta.
Sultan Golden shattered the existing record for the fastest reverse driving by covering a one-mile distance in an astonishing 57 seconds, surpassing the previous benchmark set in 2022 by an American stunt performer, who completed the distance in 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Originally from District Pishin, Sultan Golden secured his second record during a special event organized at DHA Quetta. On this occasion, he established a new world record in the reverse ramp jump category by successfully performing a long-distance reverse drive followed by a perfectly executed ramp jump, drawing loud applause from the audience.
During the stunt, Sultan Golden achieved a remarkable jump of 121.72 feet, far exceeding the earlier world record of 89 feet and 3.25 inches.
To honor this extraordinary achievement, Chief Minister of Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti announced a cash prize of Rs 50 million for Sultan Golden, praising his contribution to Pakistan’s global sporting image.
