Abb Takk has acquired the JIT report of arrested chairman of Karachi Fishermen Cooperative society Sultan Qamar Siddiqui as per which the accused was the facilitator of Safoora incident and firearms expert and has also been involved in buying and selling arms from Lahore, Peshawar, and overseas.
The accused has also disclosed that Naeem Sajid alias Peena, Zahid Motiwala, and Hussain Umer alias Shibli are involved in licensed and unlicensed buying and selling of arms.
According to report Siddiqui helped Naeem Sajid alias Peena open arms outlet where arms were bought and sold through Ideal Gun, Zahid Motiwala, Baloch Armor Shop while arms trading was also done through Naeem Sajid alias Peena with numerous other shops.
The accused was also involved to supply and buy and sell arms directly to politicians, criminal elements, and government officials.
The report discloses that the accused confessed receiving firearms training at shooting club and through internet and was affiliated with a student organization during student years.
