Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday decided to form a medical for Asif Ali Zardari in the Rs 8 billion suspected transaction case.
A divisional bench of the IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani heard bail before arrest plea of Asif Ali Zardari in the Rs 8 billion suspected transaction case.
Asif Zardari counsel Farooq H Nayik and the NAB prosecutor Sardar Muzzafar Abbassi appeared before the court.
The court decided to form medical board for Asif Ali Zardari and directed the Director NIBTC Dr Nadeem to form a medical board while the court also directed to keep MS of the Zia Uddin Hospital in the board while board will present its report within two weeks.
The court adjourned the hearing until January 28.
