Islamabad: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) stalwart and member of the National Assembly Syed Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday said that the citizens paying the electricity are in difficulty.
Addressing in the NA, Syed Mustafa Kamal said that those people who are paying the electricity bills are in immerse distress.
Syed Mustafa Kamal said that the problem of theft by directly connecting electricity wires will be not solved over installing pre-paid meters.
He said that for a smart metering there is need of large sum of money.
