Talat Hussain an actor with intellect, voice reflects knowledge, services in performing arts always be remembered

Karachi: Renowned actor who left for heavenly abode today, born in Delhi India in 1940 but after the partition of South East Asia his family shifted to Pakistan.

Talat Hussain stepped in the film world while performing in the movie “Charagh Jalta Raha”. Veteran actor and actresses also debut from this movie which includes Muhammad Ali, Zeba, Deba and Kamal Irani. He played role of younger brother of Deba in the movie.

After ventured into the film world and passing some time he left for London for higher studies where he also showed his acting prowess in stage and theater and worked with the broadcasting institutions abroad.

After taking degree from London he went back to Pakistan and started proving his mettle in PTV dramas.

Talat Hussain also worked in the movie “Insan and Admi” by Shabab Keranvi along with Muhammad Ali and Zeba.

Besides that he also played a role of an advocate in the Indian movie of “Sotun Ki Beti” brilliantly.

He also worked in Pakistani movies like “HalChal” and other more films.

Talat Hussain enriched his natural aptitude and potential by taking part in Radio Pakistan broadcast youth programs.

He played a role of a priest in the successful drama serial “Shaheen” which remembered by people till date.

Talat Hussain included in some of a few actors who consistently in habit of reading that’s why he was not only an actor but one can see intellect in his art.

His conversations were reflected it that he he was having into reading according to the present times.

He read great literary figures around the world which resulted into depth into his art and he was among people who could able to talk on every subject that others can switch to their ears for his conversation.

His whole art was residing in his voice while he always did extra ordinary efforts to nurture his voice and used it in better manner.

Senior actor awarded Sitar-e-Imtiaz ans star of excellence and he was honored with Pride of performance award back in 1982.

Besides that he bestowed with Amanda Award over his assistant actor in the Norwegian movie “the Import and Export”.

He was given a Nigar Award for his assistant actor role in the movie “Miss Bankok” in 1986. Legendary actor is no more with us however his services in the performing arts will always be remembered .
