Islamabad: Federal Minister for Health Syed Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday presided a high level meeting over tele-medicine revolution in the country.
The Health Minister reviewed progress on the tele-medicine project in which joint secretary, Director General (DG) Development and Special Consultant tele-medicine were in attendance.
A detailed briefing was given on challenges faced with in the tele-medicine project while Syed Mustafa Kamal has issued directions for an immediate completion of the project.
He said that owing to the tele-medicine, the people of the country could get access to modern medical facilities on their doorsteps.
Tele-medicine is not a technology only but is a hope, an access and new era of health, he said.
Besides that Chairman Tabani Group Hamza Tabani called on Syed Mustafa Kamal today at the Health Ministry office in Islamabad.
The Health Minister and Chairman Tabani group exchanged conversation on digital health care, free camps and reforms in the health system of the country.
Moreover, Senator Aslam Abro also met with Syed Mustafa Kamal today.
The duo discussed betterment in the health field.
