Quetta (October 21, 2017): Security forces have foiled a terrorism bid in Dera Bugti district of Balochistan, as a roadside bomb was defused.
As per details, a 4-kg bomb was planted at a roadside in Loope area of Dera Bugti.
Personnel of Balochistan Levies and FC while taking timely action recovered the bomb before being detonated and defused it.

It is to be mentioned here that incidents of violence have flared up recently as terrorists have struck in different areas of the province including the provincial capital Quetta.
Earlier in the day, terrorists attacked a Levies check-post in Sibbi, martyring a personnel.
The province is experiencing nationalist insurgency and sectarian violence for a long time, though the security forces have restored peace and controlled the violence to greater extent recently.
