Gulzam Imam Shambay was born in 1978 at the area of prom in district Panjgur of Baluchistan.
Until the 2018 he remained deputy of Brahamdagh Bugti of defunct Baloch Republican Army (BRA).
He was elected as s chief of Baloch Nationalist Army on Jan 11, 2022 which was formed resultantly after emalgment of Baloch Republican Army (BRA) and United Baloch Army(UBA).
He played a vital role in creation of Baloch Raji Ajoyi Sungar named organization after emalgment of four defunct organizations in November 4, 2018.
He knew real designs of enemy intelligence agencies during Independent Balochistan Movement.
He also visited India with name of Gull Naveed on Afghan passport in December 2017.
