DUBAI: The Indian singer set a world record by performing in 140 languages and entered the Guinness Book of World Records.
According to Indian media reports, Sachita Satish surprised everyone by performing in 140 languages in 9 hours at a climate change concert in Dubai in November.
Sachita Satish said through her post on Instagram that “I am very happy that by God’s grace I set a new Guinness World Record by singing in 140 languages in 9 hours during my climate change concert on November 24”
Officials of Guinness World Records have also confirmed Sachita Satish’s record.
According to Guinness World Records, Sachita holds the record for performing in 140 languages to raise awareness about climate change at the Indian Consulate Auditorium in Dubai.
140 languages were chosen to represent the 140 countries that attended the COP 28 climate change summit in Dubai.
