LAHORE: A three-day anti-polio vaccination campaign to stat in Punjab, B’stan and Gilgit-Baltistant from tomorrow.
During the campaign nearly 21 million children below the age of five years would be administered polio drop.
In Punjab 46,654 teams have been constituted to administer the polio drops to over 18 million childrens below the age of five years.
All necessary arrangements have been finalized for the campaign in all the three provinces. During the campaign, nearly 2.5 million children below five year of age in Balochistan while more than forty thousand children in Gilgit would be administered anti polio drops. Strict measures have been taken for security of the polio vaccination teams.
