PESHAWAR: Three suicide bombers launched an attack on the Peshawar Frontier Corps (FC) headquarters this morning. One of the attackers detonated their explosive vest at the entrance gate, while the other two managed to infiltrate the premises and opened fire. During the assault, three FC personnel lost their lives.
Security forces swiftly responded by neutralizing the two intruders inside the facility, recovering two suicide vests and eight hand grenades from their possession. Despite the well-coordinated nature of the attack, security personnel successfully thwarted further damage. Authorities suspect that the attackers originated from Afghanistan.
