Lahore: The Cantt Court in Lahore has ordered the release of TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, known as Nadeem Naniwala as no evidence found against his alleged crime of using fake number plate “IK804”
The police had sought a 14-day judicial remand for Nadeem.
However, the court stated that there was no evidence to substantiate the allegations against him, and there was also no recovery statement on record. either.
The court rejected the investigative officer’s request to send Nadeem to jail.
The court discharged Nadeem Mubarak from the case and him to be released, if he was not wanted in any other case.
The Defence police had arrested TikToker Nadeem Naniwala on September 24 for allegedly displaying the number plate “IK 804” on his vehicle.
