Islamabad: Federal cabinet meeting called for today has been postponed.
The coalition government could not get the support of Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) on the 26th constitutional amendment owing to which today’s federal Cabinet meeting has been postponed.
On the other hand, sessions of upper house (Senate) and lower house (NA) will be held today while a three point agenda of the today’s session has been issued.
The NA session will continue with routine proceedings while the a draft of the 26th constitutional amendment will not be presented today in the NA.
