Nawabshah: As many as 29 people were dead and 70 sustained injuries as Hazara Express derailed near Nawabshah.
Pakistan army and rangers personnel have arrived helping rescue work.
As per the Railway officials the train was going to Abbottabad from Karachi while the unfortunate train met the accident at Sarhari Railway station.
Railway officials and local people are taking part in the rescue operation. While emergency has been declared in all the hospitals of the Nawabsahah.
After the accident train operation for all other parts of the country has been suspended.
