RAWALPINDI: The second hearing of the Tosha Khana case is set to take place tomorrow at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.
The session will be presided over by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand. Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, along with his wife Bushra Bibi, will be produced in court. Representatives from the interrogation team, Bilal Butt and Shahroz Gilani, will also attend the proceedings. PTI lawyers Faisal Mufti, Salman Safdar, Zaheer Abbasi Chaudhry, Usman Gul, and others will represent the party in court.
In the previous session, defense lawyer Salman Safdar presented his closing arguments. Yesterday, both the prosecution and defense teams responded with their arguments. Bilal Butt and Shahroz Gilani appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
Meanwhile, KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi is scheduled to visit Adiala Jail again tomorrow, as per the jail administration’s arrangements for political leaders’ meetings with Imran Khan. PTI Secretary General Shah Mahmood Qureshi has submitted a list of six individuals for the visit, including Sohail Afridi, Member of National Assembly Shahid Khattak, Provincial Minister Meena Khan, Shaukat Yousafzai, Imtiaz Ali Waraich, and Hafiz Farhat.
The visiting leaders are expected to meet with Imran Khan at Adiala Jail tomorrow, as part of ongoing political consultations.
