Islamabad: The toshakhana case against the chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has entered into final phase.
If chairman PTI will not appear before a district session court tomorrow then the verdict will be pronounced after reserving it.
District and Session court judge Humayun Dilawar will hear the case.
Earlier in the day, Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected the district and session court verdict on maintainability of toshakhana case.
The IHC Cheif Justice Amir Farooq pronouncing the verdict ordered the district and session court to hear the case once again.
On the other hand, the court rejected the PTI appeal to transfer of the case to any other court.
