QUETTA: Two fatal road accidents in Balochistan’s Washuk and Panjgur districts have resulted in nine fatalities and injuries to four children, officials confirmed.
The first incident took place in the Shamsi area of Washuk, where a vehicle overturned, leading to the deaths of four individuals and injuries to two others.
Meanwhile, on the Goran section of the Panjgur-Turbat highway, a collision between two vehicles caused the deaths of five people, including four women. Two children also sustained injuries in this crash.
Authorities promptly transported the injured to nearby medical facilities and have launched investigations into both accidents to determine the causes.
