WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump addressed the India-Pakistan tensions once again during a press briefing at the White House, also touching upon the Gaza crisis and responding to related inquiries.

He stated, “During that period, I stepped in and prevented a war between India and Pakistan in exchange for trade agreements. I made it clear—if you continue fighting, I won’t engage in trade with either side.” Trump confidently asserted, “I have halted seven conflicts worldwide, including the India-Pakistan dispute.”
On the Gaza hospital airstrike that resulted in five journalists losing their lives, Trump said he had no specific information about the attack but stressed that hostilities in Gaza should end immediately.
He noted, “I’m not pleased with this; I want to avoid scenes like this in the future. Peace must be restored.”Additionally, Trump remarked on protests against the US flag globally, calling it an expression of “freedom,” but emphasized that such acts should be stopped. He also claimed that during military operations in Iran, every missile hit its intended target and highlighted that the US successfully prevented Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
