ISLAMABAD: Sources have confirmed that TTP terrorist Hafiz Gul Bahadur was eliminated during aerial strikes in Argun, Khost, on the night of October 17-18, 2025. Several members of his Shura were also killed and he was secretly buried later that night. This marks a significant blow to terror networks posing threats to Pakistan.
During those nocturnal operations, Pakistan targeted the camps of Hafiz Gul Bahadur’s group along the border areas of North and South Waziristan inside Afghanistan. The group had been carrying out plans for multiple terrorist attacks within Pakistan, which were successfully thwarted by security forces.
Precision strikes focused on Gul Bahadur’s leadership and affiliates resulted in the elimination of at least 60-70 militants, as confirmed by intelligence reports. This decisive action underscores Pakistan’s commitment to neutralizing threats from across the border.
