Gujranwala: Two robbers have been arrested who were involved in looting of Rs 6.3 million and killing three-passers-by, in Wazirabad, City Police Officer Gunjranwala (CPO) Rana Ayaz Saleem said.
The CPO said that two muggers Sanawar and Zeeshan were arrested from Lahore. The arrested criminals used to of using police uniforms during their crimes, the CPO added.
The culprits on May 2, had opened fire on a cash van at the tool plaza in Waziriabad, the CPO further said.
The CPO apprised that three people were killed in the firing by the two perpetrators and they looted a huge sum of Rs 6.3 million from the van.
