SUKKUR: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and intelligence agencies conducted a raid in the jurisdiction of Patni Police Station in Sukkur on a hideout of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
According to the CTD spokesperson, the terrorists hiding in the area opened fire at the raiding party. The law enforcement agencies personnel returned the fire after which two terrorists were arrested in injured condition.
The spokesperson further informed that the arrested terrorists were shifted to hospital where they succumbed to their wounds during treatment.
