Karachi: Ambassador of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al-Zaabi on Monday met Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah at the CM House and discussed issues of mutual interests and bilateral ties.
The ambassador and CM mentioned attainable investments in several sectors of Sindh, an announcement by the CM House stated. The ambassador expressed the need of UAE traders eager to put money into a number of sectors by Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode.
The CM welcomed the prospect and promised to fully facilitate the traders.
During the met up, the CM and Ambassador Al-Zaabi additionally exchanged views on the present scenario of Covid-19. “When we imposed lockdown in Sindh, the positivity ratio was at 13%,” CM said.“Today the positivity ratio is 9.4%.”
The CM stated that by lockdown there was decrease in coronavirus circumstances. “The public can only control coronavirus through precautions,” Shah added.
