Ukraine, Russia Discussing Place, Time For Talks

KYIV: The spokesperson of Ukrainian President ,Sergii Nykyforov has said that Ukraine and Russia are discussing a place and time for talks.

On social media, he said Ukraine was and remains ready to talk about a ceasefire and peace.
