The United States has announced a new 1.85 billion dollars military package for Ukraine, including patriotic missile an air-defense system.
The Kremlin had warned Washington that any such delivery would raise the risk of Washington’s direct involvement in the conflict.
On other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to keep developing military potential and the combat readiness of nuclear forces against the backdrop of Moscow’s offensive in Ukraine.
