Web desk: The United States has approved a military training program worth one billion for Saudi Arabia.
According to the Pentagon, Saudi Arabia requested the continuation of training programs inside and outside the kingdom, including but not limited to combat, technical, professional military education, specialized training, mobile training team, technical assistant team, extended training service specialist and English language. Rather, it includes training programs for the Royal Saudi Air Force and other forces such as civilian casualties prevention, armed forces law of conflict and human rights training programs.
According to the U.S. Department of Defense, the proposed of the training program to a friendly country most important to political stability and economic development in the Middle East will help achieve U.S. foreign policy and national security goals and reduce future threats to both countries. It will also help in coping.
According to Arab media reports, in the case of an agreement with Saudi Arabia, 339 US contractors will participate in a training program in the Islamic State for about a year.
