A statement issued by US Home Department advises American citizens to exercise caution in Turkey. The statement was issued after the blast outside court in Turkish city of Izmir which killed two and injured 10.
The statement further saying that the militant outfits are planning to carry out terror attacks in Turkey advised US citizens living in Turkey to avoid traveling unnecessarily and also to exercise caution from going to public places and getting together.
