WASHINGTON: United States State Department Deputy Spokesperson Mark Toner has said that his country stands with Pakistan in war against terrorism.
Toner said that US in collaboration with Pakistan working to eliminate terrorism. He said that regional peace is in the interest of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The spokesman admitted that Pakistani people gave great sacrifices in war against terrorism. He said Pakistan is in the front line against terrorism.
Toner said that they were thankful to Pakistani forces and people for tackling terrorism with bravery. He said they will continue their efforts for democracy in Pakistan.
