Renown actress Veena Malik has said that year 2013 was proved to be a revolutionary year for her life adding that guidance from Maulana Tariq Jameel, Junaid Jamshaid and Mufti Naeem brought revolution in her life.
The actress visited Jamia Binoria in S.I.T.E area of Karachi with her husband Asad Khattak and son and later called on Maulana Mufti Naeem, head of the Jamia.
Addressing a press conference she said that three years ago the month of “Ramzan” proved to be revolutionary for her life and Ulema’s guidance brought change in her life.
She said that ” I wanted to pass my life on straight path ordered by God” adding that Mufti Naeem gave her daughter status and opened her way for Jamia Binoria.
She also expressed her wish that his son could learn the Quran by heart.
Mufti Naeem said that Veena had called him from the US two years ago and expressed her willingness to get education from the Jamia.
Mufti Naeem told that Islam has space for forgiveness stressing the media that they should play positive role in such matters.
Asad Khattak said that he did not belong to any political party, however, he can support any political party for the service of the country adding that love for the country is also part of the faith.
