ISLAMABAD: Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has stated that if Muslims do not unite today, it will be the turn of everyone tomorrow. He further mentioned that Pakistan has neither recognized Israel nor established any relations with it. However, some individuals have visited Israel over the past years, about which he prefers not to speak.
While expressing his views in the National Assembly, he emphasized that, Pakistan will defend Iran’s interests on every forum. He also highlighted that the alliance of Bunyan um Marooss (a reference to a united front or coalition) has yielded international benefits and enhanced Pakistan’s dignity and prestige.
Referring to past events, he pointed out that, during the detention of Abhinandan, former Army Chief General Bajwa and the Prime Minister compromised national dignity. However, Pakistan surrendered within 24 hours. He mentioned that Pakistan responded to the agreement with India, which surprised some people.
Khawaja Asif also shared that, Pakistani children, youth, and cyber warriors carried out attacks, and Pakistan is proud of this success and resilience. He stated that this victory and spirit of determination will always be remembered.
