Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has said that we will hold ICC champions trophy in Pakistan adding politics should set a side in the games.
Talking to media in Lahore, the PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi said “there is no any reason that India refuses playing in Pakistan.”
He apprised that he was waiting for ICC reply on the Pakistan letter written to it over Pakistan stance on India’s refusal to playing in Pakistan.
He said that we still have lot of expectation from India adding all the teams are agreed coming Pakistan for playing the champions trophy.
If India has a reservations then it should inform us we will remove India’s reservations, he said.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the International Cricket Council (ICC) should think about its credibility.
He furthered that he visits Qaddafi Stadium on weekly basis to review up-gradation work going on here for the Champions trophy 2025.
