Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) Chief Justice (CJ) Umar Atta Bandiyal on Thursday hearing the Toshakhana case against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief said that the hearing of the case is underway in Islamabad High Court (IHC), we will see the case after IHC announce a verdict in the case.
The CJ also called a report of fecilities given to the PTI chief in the prison. He said that the IHC is sorting out the case.
He said that it is the beauty of our judicial system. Later, the CJ adjourned the hearing of the case till the announcement of verdict by the IHC in the case.
