ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Mian Raza rabbani has said that people are being killed in custody of State institutions, while the basic reason for anarchy are weak institutions, adding that now test tube system and test tube government will not succeed.
Addressing in the National Press Club of Islamabad, Raza Rabbani said that we are not considering on the impacts of Baluchistan situation on Federation. He said that student organizations were banned in Zia-ul-Haq era, which was aimed to eliminate political parties nursery. PPP leader said that people of Pakistan will protect Constitution of Pakistan, as strength of Federal system is associated with the consistency of democratic system.
