Meteorological department has predicted that weather would remain hot and dry in most areas of the country in next 24 hours thus rains are expected in upper Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
According to Met office, heavy winds with thunderstorm are expected in some locations of Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
However, 33 mm of rains were recorded in Joharabad, 18 mm in Malam Jabba, 17 mm in Dera Ghazi Khan, 10 mm in Chakwal while 6 mm was recorded in Sargodha.
