ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir have garnered significant attention from global leaders at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
As per the Prime Minister’s Office, the prestigious annual gathering in Davos has brought together influential figures from around the world, with Pakistan represented by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff and Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. The two leaders have become prominent focal points among attendees.
On the sidelines of the forum, the prime minister and the Field Marshal engaged in several informal and congenial meetings with key global figures, including Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
Additionally, they were present for a special address by US President Donald Trump during the event. Their interactions with international leaders were marked by warm exchanges, smiles, and constructive discussions, reflecting a spirit of camaraderie.
