Islamabad: Security sources said that Imran Khan should be satisfied if Imran Khan trial were held in the matter of gen (retd) Faiz Hameed it will be open.
Security sources, in its reaction on Imran Khan demand of holding open trail of gen (retd) Faiz Hameed, said that who is the founding chairman of the PTI Imran Khan who inform whether to hold open trial or not.
Security sources said that if the founding chairman of the PTI trial in the matter of gen (retd) Faiz Hameed were held then rest assured it will be open trial so that world could know what ” the PTI chairman is doing and has been doing.”
Earlier today, Founding chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan talking to journalist in Adyala jail, has demanded open trial of Gen (retd) Faiz Hameed.
The former PM said that his and Faiz Hameed matter is not an internal matter of the army.
Imran Khan said that as a ex-premier taking him to a military court will damage the image of Pakistan.
He said that gen (retd) Faiz Hameed turned zero after his retirement and adding ” what advantage Faiz Hameed can give to me that I remain contact with him. “
He said that gen (retd) Faiz Hameed was not a hero after his retirement.
Cricketer -turned-politician Imran Khan said that if gen (retd) Faiz Hameed is a main character of the May 9 incident so he is demanding his open trial.
He said that ‘his abduction ” on May 9 was given by ‘number one King of the army’.
He added further that May 9 is a local issue not a National Security issue.
