Islamabad: The Opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Umar Ayub Khan has said that whoever suspends the constitution or abolish it commits high treason.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) secretary general and opposition leader in the NA was addressing the NA session today.
Umar Ayub Khan demanded formation of judicial commissions on February 8, 2024 elections and May 9 mayhem.
He said that an independent judicial commission should be access to all the CCTV footages so that truth can be surfaced.
He called for upholding rule of law in the country to attract more Foreign Direct Investment and strengthen democracy.
