Islamabad: Minister for National Health Services Syed Mustafa Kamal has assured that efforts will be made to improve the healthcare sector to better serve the underprivileged patients.
Speaking to the media during his visit to PIMS in Islamabad on Thursday, today, the health Minister highlighted the importance of introducing innovations such as telemedicine to ease the burden on existing hospitals.
Syed Mustafa Kamal said they are working towards implementing one patient, one identity system, which will not be confined to a single hospital but will be extended to healthcare facilities across the country.
The Minister for National Health Services said the PM will soon inaugurate projects in PIMS.
He said that seven state of the art operation theaters have been established in PIMS.
The Federal Minister , ex-mayor Karachi, Syed Mustafa Kamal Said ” I believe in practical steps, I always have performed my duties as a challenge.”
The Health Minister said that any mistake, negligence in the health sector can’t be redressed.
Syed Mustafa Kamal said that there is a need to give full concentration on the health sector.
