Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) will decide bail petition of Opposition leader in National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif today.
A three-member full bench is hearing bail petition in the money laundering case against President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) . The LHC full bench included Ali Baqar Najafi, Justice Aaliya Neelum and Justice Shahbaz Rizvi.
Differences between divisional bench on the matter of bail now refere judge will decide the matter of bail.
One judge approved the bail of Shahbaz Sharif while another rejected it. Justice Asjad Javed of the divisional bench had written dissenting note. In written verdict both the judges had written separate notes.
Justice Sarfaraz Dogar wrote that we approved the bail with consultation but Justice Asjad said that he will write dissenting note after which Chief Justice LHC Justice Qasim Khan formed three-member full bench.
