FAISALABAD: Police subjected to torture women on the road on the direction of Station House Officer (SHO) of Tandlianwala Police Station on Saturday in Faisalabad city.
According to the details, a court ordered the police to shift Neelam, a girl who got free-will marriage to Darul Aman. Her relatives arrived in the police station to hold a meeting with her but the SHO refused their plea and after a quarrel he ordered the police personnel to torture the women on the road.
The victims along with citizens hold protest demonstration and demanded of the Punjab CM and high officials of the police to take action against the police brutality on women.
